Mitch Silverman, COO of Tycon Partners, has a strong background in operations and executive level management having served as CEO and COO for start-ups and operating businesses. Mitch has vast experience in business development and operations, corporate planning, and managing all aspects of the corporate structure.

Mitch Silverman was a partner and President of Endodontics Associates, a small business located in New York. Mitch was responsible for all operations of the business that increased revenue over three hundred percent over a five-year period of time. Mitch sold his interest in that business and was hired by the investment bank Nomura Securities. At Nomura, Mitch rose from analyst to Managing Director in less than two years and was named the head of the New Products division of the spin-off company, The Capital Company of America, based in San Francisco, CA.

Mr. Silverman gained C-level experience when he was hired as the CEO/President of The Realty Exchange of America and was instrumental in overseeing the creation of a unique real estate security and then later as the CEO of JWP Energy, overseeing the formulation of an alternative energy process.

Mitch was hired as a consultant on a number of projects, including working with a Mexican division of PepsiCo, Sonrics, several large US based retailers, and two companies in the cannabis marketplace. Mr. Silverman has also consulted or was part owner of business start-ups including Silverman Communication Group, Overseas Trading Group, and Viola Extracts.

Mitch is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Economics and graduate programs at the State University of New York at Buffalo and Columbia University.
